ROOFING - NEW CONSTRUCTION MANAGER:
Brazil Quality Construction, Inc. is looking for a New Construction Supervising Manager. We are looking for an experienced roofer who with experience managing new construction roofing projects. We are looking for quality roofing applicators.
Experience: Approximately Ten (10) years roofing experience
Skills: Knowledge and understanding of installations in the following applications:
Felt & Underlayment and batten installation for concrete roof tiles
Concrete Roof Tile installations
Roof to wall flashing installation for Concrete/Clay Roof tiles including Flat, Medium, and S-Tile
Asphalt Composition shingle roof installation
Standing seam and Corrugated Metal Roof Installations
Low Slope Roof Applications
Understanding of nailing and underlayment requirements for all roofing slopes
Overall Scope: Oversee quality and schedule to complete fast paced new construction homes and custom housing.
Duties include:
Safety
Safety meetings
Sheet metal flashing ordering and delivery
Felt & batten walks to identify missing flashings, and framing issues.
Final walk inspection and documentation
Coordinate and communicate with builders, superintendents, suppliers, other trades, schedulers, roofing employees, and office staff.
