Unload and load packages onto cargo containers from trucks. Trucks will come in and packages will already be loaded on carts.
Break down and remove packages from the carts and load them into cargo containers for airline transportation.
Assemble items “Tetris style” to maximize package occupancy in cargo container.
Small boxes and mail will be put into larger bags then put on the cargo container.
Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning and tracking systems.
Follow safety protocols and conduct quality control checks.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
Need to be fully flexible for day or night shift. MUST be open to working weekends. Days off vary according to needs and flight schedule. Schedule changes every 90 days.
