Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laborer specializing in fiber / coax pulling for low voltage technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability work independently with a team providing fiber / coax pulling, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Install fiber and coax.
Coordinate and lead a team of laborers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Provide training and mentorship to junior laborers to enhance skill development and knowledge.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Skilled Laborer specializing in Fiber and Coax pulling technology or similar role.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and layout.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate and supervise a team.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
