Stormwater Project Manager – Roseville, CA

Trihydro, one of the top environmental and engineering consulting firms in the country for over 39 years, has an opening for a Stormwater Project Manager to work in our Roseville, CA office. The selected candidate will assist with providing Trihydro’s clients and customers with effective, responsive, and safe stormwater solutions. In your role as a Stormwater Project Manager, you will design and manage stormwater projects throughout Northern California. Experience directing staff, managing subcontractors, and working with utility companies, municipal and private industrial clients, and SWPPP development and Best Management Practices (BMP) design is required. We are looking for someone with strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

The preferred candidate will be based in the Roseville, CA, and support projects in northern California. We are also considering candidates outside of this area to fill this position if they are willing to relocate to Northern California. Our team is looking for someone who has:

Professional stormwater licensure preferred (e.g., QSD/QSP/QISP).

Experience with developing and implementing SWPPPs under the California Construction, Industrial and/or Municipal stormwater permits

Experience with fire response and restoration is preferred

Construction Management and/or Project Management experience

Capable of performing limited field work (site assessments) along with writing, problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables

A minimum 5 years of relevant experience

A clean driving record

Written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, construction crews and project team members

Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing high quality project deliverables on schedule

Dependability, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment

Ability to travel within the Northern California

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $75,000 – $90,000
