About Us:
JMK Investments, Inc. is a property management company based in Santa Clara, CA, currently owning and/or operating over 2,000 apartment units throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. Our goal is to have happy renters, beautiful properties, and a solid team to make it all work. To help us with this goal, we are looking for laborers and tree climbers for our Sacramento locations.
About the Job:
Labor workers - $19/ hour
Tree Climber $25-28/ hour depending on experience.
Experience should include tree industry services:
Cabling and bracing
Tree/stump removals of all sizes
Knowledge of equipment: bucket lift, chipper, dump truck and trailers, saws, grinders, etc.
Installation
Fine pruning and shaping,
Rigging
Residential Garden Maintenance
Lawn Care: Mowing/Edging
Weeding
Detailed Gardening
Clean properties using a blower
Drive truck/trailer - if needed
About You:
2+ years experience in Landscape Maintenance/ Tree Climbing
Able to work - moderate to heavy physical labor
Valid CA Driver's License and good driving record
