We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team member to oversee packaging activities, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure seamless logistics operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect orders, invoices, and deliveries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Stock Control: Order supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare necessary documentation, and report key warehouse data.
- Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections of warehouse grounds, coordinate fleet maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other departments and customers to streamline warehouse operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse associate, supervisor, or similar logistics role preferred.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively while maintaining productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
