Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our inventory of JDM parts, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming JDM parts and accessories.
Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to customers and retailers.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
Organize and clean the warehouse to promote efficiency and safety.
Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and orders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts, especially JDM components, is a plus.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
