Job Overview
Join our online auction house and work hands-on with antiques, collectibles, and unique pieces. You will follow directions from the Warehouse Lead, perform repeatable tasks with care, and help keep the space safe and organized so auctions stay on schedule.
Core Duties
Track on-hand supplies: boxes, tape, bubble wrap, shipping labels
Load and unload company vans; secure items for transport
Pull and pack orders from pick lists created by the field team
Sort incoming items, tag them, and route to auction, storage, or donation
Handle antiques and fragile collectibles with extra care
Deliver donation loads to local charities on a set schedule
Sweep, remove trash, wipe surfaces, restock workstations, and keep aisles clear
Record supply usage and flag low stock early
Assist with cycle counts and end-of-auction inventory reconciliation
Requirements
Warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience preferred
Able to lift 50 lb repeatedly and operate pallet jacks
Basic spreadsheet or inventory-app skills
Valid California driver’s license with clean record
Team-first attitude, comfortable taking direction and asking questions
