The associate attorney will be working under our senior litigation attorneys. Objectives will include but are not limited to:
Analysis of client intake information
Drafting of complaints
Discovery - both answering and sending
Routine court appearances
Legal research relating to civil litigation as well as arguments relating to the Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Tanner Consumer Act, California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (Federal Law)
Drafting Motions
Enforcement of settlement agreements
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fully electronic environment. As we are entirely paperless, all documentation is stored and accessed in an electronic medium. Communications are internet phone based.
Our litigated cases tend to move quickly. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with our rapid pace and be expected to have the ability needed to move cases accordingly.
