Position Requirements:
· Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
· Minimum 5 years of experience.
· Demonstrated proficiency in law and motion practice as well as discovery and trial preparation.
· Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
· Ability to handle a diverse caseload effectively and independently.
· A background in construction law a plus.
