The Law Office of Williams & Associates is an established law firm in Sacramento specializing in tax law. We represent individuals and businesses from California, throughout the United States, and abroad, concerning any type of civil tax controversy and criminal tax matters.
We are seeking a tax attorney with five or more years of experience in tax controversy work, which may include a combination of federal, state, or multi-state practice.
Applicants should be knowledgeable in tax law and require little supervision or training. Proficiency in general tax compliance is required and skills in some combination of other tax expertise is required such as FTB, CDTFA or EDD audits, appeals, and settlements; state residency and nexus matters; or federal tax litigation skills.
