Our busy Folsom office, which provides services for multiple law firms, is seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist to join our team. We have flexibility for either a part-time or a full-time position, depending on the candidate.
This is an entry-level position and an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to get their foot in the door of the legal industry. No prior legal experience is required! We are committed to growth and are also offering an internship path to become a certified paralegal in California for the right candidate.
Responsibilities may include:
Answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone system.
Greeting clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Performing basic data entry and clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, and copying.
Maintaining a tidy and organized office overall.
Qualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills are a must (including proficiency with email and general office software).
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Compensation:
Pay is negotiable and will be based on your experience. While this is an entry-level role, candidates with additional skills and experience (such as bilingual abilities, advanced computer skills, or prior administrative experience) may qualify for a higher starting compensation.
