The objectives will include:
Conducting initial intakes while leaving a great first impression
Intake document procurement
Responding in a timely manner to texts, emails, and calls.
Following up with intakes
Signing up new clients
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
Typing minimum: 45 WPM, 90% accuracy
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Provide diligent follow-up
Excellent phone skills
Sense of urgency
Pluses
3+ years of litigation experience
Sales experience
Ability to empathize with people
Extensive customer interaction such as in retail or similar industry
Fluent in Spanish
