Boutique insurance defense firm located throughout California is looking for a paralegal with 3+ years’ insurance defense (commercial transportation personal injury/ wrongful death, construction defect) experience. Job duties include propounding/responding to discovery, summarizing depositions and medical records, calendaring, investigation, noticing depositions, drafting CMC statements, communicating with clients/experts/opposing counsel, managing documents, subpoenaing records, and e-filing. Experience with ABA billing codes, and insurance billing guidelines required.
