I am a California licensed attorney based in Northern California looking for a fully remote paralegal to assist me with complaint writing on a case by case basis. You must be:
1) highly experienced with formal legal complaint drafting, and
2) comfortable combing through hundreds of pages of documents/records in order to extrapolate the information needed to draft complaints.
Your writing style should be straightforward and easy to understand. You should be a succinct, but thorough story-teller. Since all work will be remote, you need to be savvy with using technology.
This will be a document review/writing focused job, and you will NOT be required to conduct other administrative work at this time (ie. filing of the complaints, organization of files, etc).
Starting compensation is $35-50 per hour DOE. Law students are invited to apply. While this posting is located in Sacramento, work can be done from anywhere, though within California is highly preferred.
