We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing plaintiff's law firm. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for clients' rights and seeking justice for those injured due to the negligence of others.
Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and briefs
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
Provide compassionate client counseling and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in [State]
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, preferably on the plaintiff's side
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to review medical records
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients
Bilingual skills (preferably Spanish) highly desired
Experience with or willingness to learn AI-assisted legal research and document review tools
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative
