This in-office job is 50% Administrative Assistant and 50% Marketing Assistant. Marketing would involve use of AI, AI Work Flow creation, Social Media, Content Creation, Video and misc. marketing duties. Administrative Assistant would include; general admin/office duties answering and distributing phone calls to agents and misc duties to support the staff and owner for a small business in Rancho Cordova. We need a motivated individual who is comfortable working as part of a small team to do research, writing and marketing, AI prompting, Social Media, direct mail, print advertising and administrative duties as needed to support the enterprise. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with good critical thinking, writing, organizing skills and excellent technology skills. Graphic design, AI, Social Media, Blogging, client surveys, market research, webinar/video creation/editing experience big pluses. Must be a self-starter with great customer service skills and the discipline necessary to think through create and manage your own work-flow and be comfortable working with a small team and in small office setting. Wage commensurate with skills, experience, background/education and motivation level. Possible 2-3 month position or could be permanent depending on results achieved and growth potential developed. This is an in-office position 35-40 hours/week. This is not a not remote position.
