We are looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Director who can take our brand to the next level by leading creative direction, digital growth and community engagement.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director based in Roseville, CA. The Marketing Director will be responsible for driving brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, partnerships, and event marketing. You'll work directly with ownership and the leadership team to develop and execute a marketing plan that grows awareness, sales and loyalty among our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to drive growth across DTC and B2B channels
Oversee brand positioning, creative storytelling, and visual consistency across all platforms
Manage paid digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email, influencer partnerships)
Plan and manage photoshoots, video campaigns and social media content
Lead product launch campaigns from concept through execution
Coordinate trade show and event marketing
Build and manage internal marketing employees
Track marketing metrics and report ROI on campaigns
Who You Are
A passionate storyteller who understands the adventure, off-road and outdoor lifestyle
Strategic and Creative- comfortable switching between high-level brand direction and hands-on execution
5+ years experience in marketing, ideally in automotive, outdoor gear or consumer products
Strong digital marketing and e-commerce experience (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred)
Excellent communication skills and leadership presence
