Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representative – Northern California
Location: Northern California (various retail locations)
Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing company looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves visiting retail locations across Northern California to promote and sell our products, build strong relationships with store managers, and drive brand visibility and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned retail locations daily to promote, sell, and restock products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
Attend promotional events or trade shows as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor, retail, or field sales roles.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel throughout Northern California.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base pay plus commission on sales.
Company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use.
