Job Description: Manage existing accounts and prospect for new customers. Serve as a first point of contact for walk-in and telephone customers. Respond to customer inquiries and assist them to determine sign needs, provide sign recommendations and write quotes. Process customer orders and accurately complete Work Orders. Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction by accurately creating, reading and communicating Work Order details and later proofing signs for errors. Follow-up with thank you notes to assure customer satisfaction. Previous experience in a sign shop or graphics industry a plus. Computer graphics skills a plus. Excellent spelling skills required. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
