Phase 5 Weapon Systems is a fast growing components manufacturer for the firearms industry. We have an immediate Full Time position available for a CNC Machine Production Associate.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working production worker for our expanding operation. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC equipment and preparing items for distribution. This includes operation of a CNC Machine for production of products in mass quantities as well as inspections of products for quality control . As a valuable part of our production team, you will play a vital role ensuring our production quotas are consistently met in a timely fashion, while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable, punctual and able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements:

-High school diploma or GED required.

-Experience with CNC Machines required.

-Fabrication and welding experience is strongly valued.

-Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues.

-Must be able to lift 50+lbs on a regular basis.

-Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and 2nd shift if needed.

-Certification and licensing to operate factory machinery is a plus.

-Must have attention to detail and be able to self-inspect quality of work.

-Must be able to work in a team environment .

-Must pass a background check.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Processing of materials/products which includes machine loading, cutting, deburring, polishing, sandblasting, coating and laser engraving.

-Demonstrate ability to use and interpret measuring devices and equipment.

-Load, unload, receive, organize and stock incoming or outgoing shipments of products and materials.

-Use of hand tools, power tools and machines daily.

-Demonstrate ability to interpret equipment gauges and monitors throughout facility.

-Report machinery issues to management.

-Clean, organize and maintain a safe work area and facility.

-Make effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.

-Work cooperatively with other team members to meet quotas and goals.

-Observe safety guidelines and report concerns to management in a timely fashion.

-Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
