Clarke & Rush Mechanical is hiring a Senior HVAC Service Technician with a strong background in both residential and commercial HVAC systems. What You’ll Do:
Service, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Diagnose system issues and provide clear repair recommendations to customers
Work independently in the field and manage your time efficiently
Deliver top-tier customer service on every job
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Support and mentor junior techs as needed
Ensure all work meets safety standards and local code requirements
What You Bring:
5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial)
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical skills
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional, courteous communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
A strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
Bonus Points For:
NATE Certification
Experience with smart home HVAC systems
Familiarity with light commercial systems (package units, RTUs, mini splits, etc.)
