We are looking for a Metal Shop Fabricator / Welder. The metal shop fabricator will need to be able to read a tape measure. You are here to cut metal to specific sizes, use a break, clean metal, drill holes. We do a lot of one off custom projects that are left to our customer's imagination and our capabilities so new hires will have to be flexible. We manufacture rare customized trailers for military, state, county, racers & small businesses.
You NEED to have some PRIOR WELDING experience. Your skill will be tested to see if you can work with our type of materials.
We are looking people who have worked with power tools and has at least a basic understanding on how to use them accordingly. You need to be able to critically think and take good notes. The more you learn and can facilitate parts of the job the more money you can make.
You need to be able to carry 50 + lbs of weight unassisted.
We are a small group of about 10 people not including the boss. We want to stay small and keep highly trained employees. We have work all year long and it seems to never stop which is a great thing.
The biggest thing we need in a worker is somebody who shows up all the time as well as being self motivated.
These job positions will be for full time.
Position hours are from 6:00 am - 2:30pm.
