These positions require the ability to constantly lift, push, pull 50-75+lbs on a continuous basis due to the complexity of handling the materials and the ability stand throughout the day for the entirety of the shift. You must also be able to climb stairs and ladders as needed. This team member will have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments.
These roles have technical requirements that require the ability to read/interpret orders and prints as well as understand DAPIA (code) requirements. Additionally, this role requires the use, understanding and comfortability of using various tools. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
All positions start at $23 per hour. After 30 days and positive attendance / performance, team members will go to ALPHA pay of $24 per hour. Most roles move to $25 per hour after 60 days and have the ability to grow over time to $27 and earn bonus or early out pay.
