We are looking for a proven and experienced Production and Procurement Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the procurement and assembly of products to support a growing business. We are looking for a leader who proactively solves problems, is willing to get in the trenches when needed to get a job done and who earns the trust of the team by building strong relationships with an eye for compassion and accountability.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
Proven experience in production management and procurement
Proven experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software preferred
Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
