Agency 6 and Phase 5 Weapon Systems have an immediate Part Time to an expanding Full-Time position available for a TIG Welder. Agency 6 designs and manufacturers off-road, 4x4 vehicle components and related outdoor adventure components. Phase 5 Weapon Systems is a components manufacturer for the firearms industry.
We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working production worker for our expanding operations for both companies. In this role, you will be responsible for welding products for mass production. As a valuable part of our production team, you will play a vital role ensuring our production quotas are consistently met in a timely fashion, while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable, punctual and able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Must have a minimum of 2 years of continuous TIG Welding experience
-Must be able to weld 3/16 material and small components
-Must be able to weld heavy wall material
-Must have attention to detail and be able to self-inspect quality of work
-Must be able to pass welding test as part of interviewing process
-Must be able to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues
-Must be able to lift 50+lbs on a regular basis
-Flexibility and willingness to work overtime if needed
-Must be able to work in a team environment
-Must pass a background check
