Job duties:
- Develop and implement programs for children, youth, and families
- Work with staff, volunteers, Christian Education committee and Fellowship Committee on special activities
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers
- Plan and lead young adult classes
- Supervise Childcare Program
Qualifications (desired)
- Experience working with children and families (minimum 3-5 years experience)
- Experience in Youth Ministry and Christian Education
- Experience in recruiting and managing volunteers
- Associates degree or higher (preferred Bachelor's) - in a related field
- Ability to be self-directed

Other pertinent information:
This position requires a background check and is a mandated reporter position - training required within 30 days of hire.
This position shall meet with the pastor monthly for spiritual direction and guidance of the program.
This position is part time (up to 30 hours a week) and not benefited.
