Position Description
Under the direction of the Managing Director, Clinical Services, the Program Director, Integrated Specialty Care provides comprehensive leadership for Aldea's Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) and integrates Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services across all service regions. This role fosters the management, development, and growth of evidence-based specialty care services while ensuring high-quality, clinically indicated treatment and collaborative relationships among staff, clients, county partners, and community stakeholders. The position requires advanced clinical expertise in early psychosis intervention and complex care coordination, combining direct program leadership with strategic development of integrated specialty services.
The location is set in Fairfield, but ideal candidate may perform work at either Fairfield, Napa or Santa Rosa location.
Program Information: The Supportive Outreach and Access to Resources (SOAR) program is an evidence-based Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) clinical model providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services to individuals (ages 12-30) experiencing early onset psychosis. The program operates across all Aldea service regions with specialized, multi-disciplinary teams utilizing evidence-based practices, community outreach, client and family engagement, and shared decision-making approaches. This position will also support development and oversight of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services, integrating comprehensive care coordination and community-based support services for individuals with complex needs.

Qualifications:
1. A PhD, PsyD, or Master’s degree from an accredited or state approved graduate school in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
2. Current, active California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) required. Minimum two years post-licensure clinical experience and BBS supervisor eligibility. Out of state licensure accepted, contingent on achieving California BBS licensure within six months from hire.
3. Previous program leadership or clinic management experience, preferably in community mental health or nonprofit settings.
4. Demonstrated expertise in early psychosis intervention, Coordinated Specialty Care, or serious mental illness treatment preferred. Comprehensive understanding of recovery-oriented care, trauma-informed principles, cultural humility, and person-centered approaches required with strong clinical supervision skills.
5. Comprehensive understanding of Medicaid and/or Medi-Cal/Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT), specialty mental health regulations, DMC-ODS, ECM, and other managed care requirements desired.
