Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide vital administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, routing them to the appropriate team members.
Ensure that all leads are accurately entered into the database.
Manage office equipment maintenance and ensure functionality.
Prepare and edit documents, memos, reports, and other materials as needed.
Support project coordination and follow-up with the team.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and faxing.
Provide administrative support across departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Offer exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience with JobNimbus software is a plus.
