One of our top Clients is looking to add two Administrative Assistants to their team. Must be onsite 5 days a week Monday - Friday.
Job Description
Performs administrative support functions for the appropriate director, manager and/or office staff as directed.
Serves as a liaison to facilitate communication within the organization.
Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
o Provides front desk support including answering phones and greeting visitors in a prompt and professional manner.
o Prepare memos, letters, faxes, and forms with attention to detail and quality.
o Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as needed. Routes incoming US
o Mail and shipments accordingly. Processes outgoing mail and package shipments.
o Maintains office equipment (such as copiers, faxes, etc.).
o Provides travel management services such as scheduling flights, hotels, transportation.
o Assists with event management preparation by managing requests for catering, reserving conference rooms, scheduling training, and coordinating use of video conferencing equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of proven administrative experience.
Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office application to include Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel is required.
