Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/CSR in-Office

Office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (22-35 hours/week, in-office) - misc. receptionist, administrative and customer service duties in support of four insurance agents in Gold River office. Must have excellent phone skills, good attention to administrative details and be able to communicate well in writing and verbally. Potential team members should be comfortable on the phone with customers and vendors (insurance companies), have excellent data entry and technology skills and be comfortable working as part of a small team. Temporary, this is a temporary position expected to last until mid-December or early January. This is an in-office position. This is NOT a remote position.
