Varied duties such as:
Cleaning the offices once every two weeks
Buying supplies and bringing to office (including heavy drinks sometime)
Preparing gift baskets
Preparing binders (copy and put together)
Making premarital books
Mailing out books to people
Taking care of employee birthdays and anniversary
Handling special projects in file cabinets
Getting breakfast for staff meetings
Wash and Iron table cloths
Charge security cameras
Descale coffee machines
Clean out fountains and diffusers
Add and replace licenses
Help onboard new employees, give keys, show around
Miscellaneous tasks.
Two office locations about 20 minutes apart.
Position is 22 hours per week. Time and days are flexible but once decided on need to be established. Cleaning will need to be done early morning or later in the evening every 2 weeks. Rest is during business hours.
