About the Position:
We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction administration and be comfortable handling financial records, document management, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general administrative duties in a construction office
Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts
Support project documentation, including permits, contracts, change orders, and compliance paperwork
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients regarding project details
Maintain organized digital and physical files
Perform data entry and assist in preparing reports
Handle office coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction administration is required
Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Pay & Benefits:
$19 - $21 per hour, based on experience
