T3 is a small business established in 1997 and located in Rancho Cordova. We specialize in the sale and purchase of ink and toner supplies and are R2v3, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified.
We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to assist our team with multiple online stores across several online sales platforms.
On-the-job training is provided. This is a full time, in person position. This is also an opportunity to gain experience working in both the purchasing and sales side of an established R2V3, ISO 14001 and 45001 certified business.
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively by phone, email and chat
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges
Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs with an emphasis on Excel
Prior seller experience on eBay, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and Newegg Seller Portal a plus
Experience with QBO, Big Commerce, Klaviyo and LACRM also a plus
Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Order entry, responding to quote requests, data entry
Creating and updating product listings across all e-commerce platforms and company online store, ensuring accurate product information, images and pricing
Follow all rules and policies of the various e-commerce platforms, maintaining high account health scores and positive feedback
Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement
Create engaging content for company newsletters
Take the initiative to learn about e-commerce platforms, order management, accounting programs, and CRM programs
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
$18-$20 per hour DOE, Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
