Fencing Manufacturer & Distribution Company is currently searching for an Executive Assistant reporting to the VP of Operations, at our corporate office in North Highlands, CA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform high level administrative tasks.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Perform minor accounting duties.
Work requires independent judgement and initiative on assignments that are time sensitive.
Ability to manage multiple assignments.
Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
Education / Skills Required
Minimum of two years of executive administrative experience, some of which must include experience supporting senior-level managers
High School graduate required. Some college preferred.
MAS 200/Sage 100 knowledge preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Works well with others and is professional.
Strong mathematical aptitude
Detail oriented, self-motivated.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
