We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator (part-time) to join a successful company in Sacramento!
Shift: Day (Friday, Saturday, and 1 weekday)
Job Requirements:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
Provide excellent customer support and address guest concerns or issues
Job Qualifications:
Must have valid driver's license
Have reliable transportation to Natomas
2+ years experience in front desk is required
Strong clerical skills, including data entry & typing
Ability to appear professional & possess strong communication skills
Possess positive & welcoming demeanor
