Job Requirements:
Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to convey information verbally and written in a clear and concise manner to customers, employees, and vendors over the phone.
Ability to present a professional, pleasant image and provide positive customer service while on the phone and with coworkers, maintaining a respectful, team-oriented attitude
Dispatching service calls / techs for maximum profitability, maintain the mindset of our techs by providing support to them
Good organization skills, attention to detail and ability to stay focused
Work accurately in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once: answer phone calls, contact techs, provide instruction and relay information
Conscientious commitment to good attendance, arriving on time, and minimizing work absences

Experience:
Dispatching: 3 years plus (Preferred)
