We're seeking motivated individuals to engage with potential clients over the phone and represent our company at home shows.
Telemarketers will be the voice of the program and are solely responsible for setting appointments and giving away a free estimate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our home improvement services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to generate interest and effectively convey the benefits of our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with potential clients.
- Represent our company at home shows, engaging with attendees, answering questions, and providing information about our offerings.
- Collect contact information and follow up with leads generated from home shows and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and follow-up activities are completed promptly.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
