About the Role:
We are a remodeling company seeking a dynamic individual to join our Folsom team as a Office Admin to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our Handy Pro Services division. This role is critical to ensure a smooth workflow between our customers and technicians by managing scheduling, rescheduling, and inbound communication with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and service requests.
Schedule and reschedule jobs based on technician availability and customer needs.
Serve as the communication bridge between customers and field staff.
Input and update job details in scheduling software.
Support daily office operations to keep jobs running on time and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to translate customer concerns into actionable instructions for technicians.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Quick to learn new software systems and apps (prior experience with platforms like Jobber is a plus).
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a service-based or operations role is preferred.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
