Responsibilities:
- Speak with current and potential customers via phone, email, or text
- Collect documents from customers
- Answer incoming calls (accordingly)
- Typing or data entry
- Filing
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
- Follow-ups and keep accurate records regarding client accounts
- Utilize software, databases, and tools appropriately
- Offer outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business
- Experience with Income tax prep/Tax Office is a plus.
