YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A high level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness.

Intermediate spreadsheet skills (preferred)

Innovative thinking and a willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible.

Social media skills.

Experience with Google Sheets or Excel.

Availability to work 40 hours per week from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Duties:

Help keep p the office organized.

Answer the phone and schedule appointments.

Manage Bank and General Ledger Reconciliation.

Process Bi Weekly Payroll.

process orders, schedule up coming projects and pull building permits. .
