This is a small office with a great environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phones, reminding customers of installation appointments, distributing leads to our sales team, entering orders into QuickBooks, managing social media posts, and assisting customers in our showroom.

Self-motivated is going to be important in this position.

Responsibilities would include…

Answer incoming phone calls and provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers.

Place reminder calls to customers to ensure they are aware of upcoming installation appointments.

Enter orders accurately into QuickBooks and maintain organized records (experience is preferred but not mandatory).

Manage social media accounts including scheduling posts, responding to messages, and engaging with customers.

Assist customers in our showroom, providing product information and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (training will be provided).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Willingness to work Monday to Friday 9-4, with some Saturdays required

Pay depends on experience.$18 to $20 an hour
