Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our General Contracting office in the Granite Bay area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable and be proficient in QuickBooks Online, and all of Microsoft Office Applications.
Ideally the candidate will have some experience in construction, project scheduling, project coordination.
There is an "in-office" position, remote work is not an option!
Duties include:
Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support
Process QuickBooks invoices and payments accurately
Reconcile QuickBooks accounts and maintain financial records
Communicate with vendors and clients and vendors in a professional manner
Support other office duties as assigned
Enter and manage billing in QuickBooks
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and vendors
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports / job folders
Bid management – submit, organize and coordinate and responses for project bids
Requirements:
Prior experience with Accounts Payable and/or Receivable
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills a must.
