STRAIGHT LINE CONSTRUCTION is looking to add a full-time Production Scheduler to our talented team
We are a business specializing in residential exterior remodeling, which includes roofing, gutters, solar, and siding. All our work is in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide our customers with an outstanding customer service experience beginning to end by offering a friendly, professional and knowledgeable face of the company
Discuss, schedule and maintain customers requests for estimates accurately
Coordinate Straight Line projects between field, vendor, and customer
Discuss, schedule, and maintain projects and customer requests accurately and consistently throughout production
Create and modify documents using MS Word & Excel and Office Outlook
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member/department accordingly, strong verbal communication skills
General office duties as assigned
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
Ability to schedule multi crews and jobs
Must have Residential Home Improvement scheduling and production management experience
Have customer service experience
Have previous routing/dispatch experience
Have experience answering a multi-line phone system
Type 45 WPM min.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Be self-motivated with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Be detail oriented, independent, self-starter and willingness to learn
Have an ability to work in a fast-paced office, multi task and meet critical deadlines
Be proficient in all MS Office programs, especially Outlook and EXCEL
Present a professional appearance to provide the public a positive company image
Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment
Be a team player
