Project Technician and Administrative Assistant

The Project Technician & Administrative Assistant role provides in-person support to our office and management team with a variety of administrative and plan intake tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides general office and administrative support for the office and management team.

Assists with the intake and distribution of plans and accepting delivery of documents/packages for the company.

Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.

Assist with social media updates and posts.

Manages incoming company calls and routes to the appropriate contact.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to learn and utilize multiple software systems.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:

This full-time position has a salary range of $20-$25 per hour, based on experience, qualifications and certifications.
