Available Positions: Receptionist
We are looking for a Receptionist to work full time in our Rancho Cordova office, attending to a high volume of phone calls and emails, filing and record keeping and ensuring our customers needs are met. Must be able to multi task and enter in customer info while on the phone and retain information about ongoing jobs to help the flow of work being done. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, attending to emails, entering in customer information, checking orders, making phone calls regarding billing, job status and scheduling, and making daily bank deposits. Other tasks may include helping to keep office clean and tidy.
PREVIOUS POOL EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED. (We will train)
MUST BE COMPETENT IN BASIC CUSOTMER SERVICE SKILLS
Strong customer service skills
Must be a Team Player
A good knowledge of Sacramento and the surrounding area’s is a plus
Self-motivated, detail orientated, and professional
Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
