Part-time Administrative Assistant (approx. 20-25 hrs/wk) to work in corporate fitness center environment
General Summary:
- Provides support for the Fitness Director and professional staff
- Performs general front desk duties
- Maintains and monitors fitness center files and office supplies
- performs duties as assigned by Fitness Director Applicant
- Read, understand and comply with safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, policies, procedures, etc.
- Assist with producing routine reports and correspondence
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and phone skills
- Effective communication, written and oral
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer
- A demonstrated interest in wellness and fitness
- Must have current CPR, AED certification
