We are currently seeking a Staff/Dispatcher for a Garage Door Business in Sacramento.
This position requires strong organizational and customer service skills.
Knowledge of the door industry is a plus. Candidates must be able to work in a high energy, fast paced environment. Verbally communicate in a professional manner at all times. Self motivated and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision and direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering, quoting and dispatching jobs.
Entering invoices
Scheduling jobs for multiple technicians
Filing/ Copying/ Daily Data Entry
Answering high volume incoming calls and responding to emails.
Submitting past due accounts to collections
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum High School education or GED equivalent
Dispatching experience required
Typing
Strong multitasking skills
Solid computer skills, experience with basic functions
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills
Customer service/Office environment experience
Regular and reliable attendance
Must Have A Valid Driver License
