Key Responsibilities:
Recruit top talent for various industries by conducting interviews, sourcing candidates, and managing job postings.
Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet staffing needs.
Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients alike, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Manage and engage with candidates through social media platforms to attract potential hires.
Maintain accurate records in our database and handle various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience with social media for recruiting purposes.
Proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
