We are looking for a skilled and energetic Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sacramento properties, a 39 + 50 unit community.

What You’ll Do:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and painting.
Respond to work orders promptly, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
Assist with apartment turnovers, including repairs and upgrades, to maintain a high standard for incoming residents.
Participate in the on-call emergency rotation to handle urgent maintenance requests after hours.
Maintain a professional and customer-service-oriented approach when interacting with residents.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on maintenance experience in property management or a similar field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Availability for on-call emergencies as needed.
